The Rise of Modern Terrorism
Terrorism has conceptually changed drastically in the past century. Understanding the phenomenon through a historical and theoretical lens gives us insight into why a person chooses to become a terrorist, how terror groups operate, and how to best defeat them. In conjunction with a rapidly changing world, we will also examine some of the factors that will affect the rise of future forms of terrorism.
