30th Anniversary

As December 21, 2018, approaches, we are planning events to commemorate the 30th anniversary of the terrorist bombing that took the lives of 270 victims. Over the past 30 years we have kept true to our original mission to discover the truth behind the bombing, seek justice for our loved ones, ensure the airline industry maintains and improves safety measures, educate the public about this incident and support one another.

The 30th anniversary memorial will be held at Arlington National Cemetery’s Pan Am 103 Cairn on Friday, December 21st, 2018 at 1:30pm. Buses will run from the Arlington Cemetery visitor’s center to the site starting at 12pm.

We hope you will be able to join us in Washington this December as we remember our loved ones and continue to support one another.

25th Anniversary Photo Book

Friend of the families, Cathy Webb, created an iBook, Victims of Pan Am Flight 103 - 25th Remembrance Service, with her photographs from the 25th Remembrance Service at Arlington National Cemetery on December 21, 2013. It's available for free from Apple's iBooks store. Our thanks to her for putting this wonderful book together.

Remarks of John O. Brennan, December 21, 2009

Thank you, Frank, for your introduction and for your stewardship of this incredible organization -- this family of families -- dedicated to the memory of those who were loved so much.

To Mary Kay Stratis and all the spouses and families and friends, I am deeply humbled to join you on a day that I know is still difficult for so many of you. For others, 21 years might seem like a lifetime. To you, I know it seems like just yesterday.

And so for you and your families, this is an intensely personal moment. At the same time, it is a day for our nation -- to remember, to reflect and to reaffirm our commitment to spare others the pain and loss you have known.
