Sara Bernstein has served on the advisory board since 2018 and was previously a member of the Legacy Award selection committee. She is the daughter of Pan Am flight 103 victim Michael Bernstein. Sara is a social scientist whose work focuses on publicly funded early care and education programs. She lives in Washington, DC, with her husband and son.
