Robert Menendez served as Senator from New Jersey from 2006-2024. He was a member of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee which allowed him to help VPAF103 in our dealings with Libya. His position enabled him to help secure a trial for the Libyan terrorists and reach a settlement with Libya for the VPAF103 families.
