Richard Marquise was the FBI’s the initial agent working on the VPAF103 bombing case. He managed all aspects of the case both in the U.S. and Scotland. Dick contributed greatly to having a trial of the Libyan suspects. He developed very close ties with the leadership team of VPAF103, Inc. as well as many other family members. The Lockerbie Bombing case became a significant part of his life’s work.
