Paul Rae was a member of the Cycle to Syracuse Team representing Scottish Fire and Rescue. Cycle to Syracuse was a 2-continent bike ride that commemorated the 30th Anniversary of the Pan Am Bombing in 2018. The 5-member cycle team rode from Lockerbie to Edinburgh and then from Washington, D.C., to Syracuse University.
