Mary Kay Stratis, widow of victim Elia Stratis, received this award for her service as Chair of the Board of Directors of VPAF103 and her work managing the organization, lobbying the government and strengthening the bonds between VPAF103, Syracuse University and Lockerbie. Mary Kay’s style of leadership brought out the best in those conducting our various activities.  Her personal passion and skills helped us to make a difference by securing tangible changes in our government.  Mary Kay shows the world how the terrorist bombing of Pan Am 103 has touched the lives of so many people.
