Lindsey Miller

Received the Keeping the Spirit Alive Award on December 21, 2022

Lindsey Miller is Head of Serious and Organised Crime in the Crown Office of Scotland. For over twenty years she has been an advocate for the families of VPAF 103. She has worked diligently with U.S. government representatives through the appeal of Al-Megrahi, efforts involving Libyan defector Musa Koussa, and current efforts involving alleged bomber Abu Agila Mohammad Mas’ud. She has attended meetings in Syracuse and Washington where she continues to offer frank and honest information to family members regarding Scotland’s efforts on our behalf. Her work as a liaison between the families and the Scottish government has made her an integral part of the efforts to find justice for our loved ones.
