Parents and brother of victim, Patricia Klein, the Kleins, especially Frank, built and later repaired the Pam Am 103 Memorial Cairn in Arlington Cemetery. The blocks of sandstone that comprise the cairn come from Corsehill Quarry near Annan, Scotland, about eight miles southeast of Lockerbie and below the flight path of Flight 103. Frank supervised the building of Cairn, which was dedicated on December 21, 1993. Jeff served on the Board of VPAF103, Inc.
