Joe Horgan

Received a Certificate of Appreciation on October 12, 2013

Joe Horgan lost his brother-in-law, Michael Doyle. He was part of the steering committee to organize the VPAF103 and served on the first VPAF103 board. He made many trips to the UK promoting the investigation of the bombing; made many contacts with Lockerbie police in a manner that made this tragedy personal for them. The people of Scotland gifted the stones for the Cairn Memorial in Arlington National Cemetery, and Joe stored them until needed. Joe also worked with Ann McLoughlin, chairman of the Presidential Commission, which was one of the results of the 103rd day march on the White House and Congress.
