Eileen Monetti, mother of victim Richard “Rick” Monetti, was honored for her years dedicated to the Car and Concern Committee, for her dedication reading applications for the VPAF103 Scholarships, and her service as a faithful name reader at the Annual Memorial Service at Arlington National Cemetery. Eileen is well known for always having a Plan C, in case Plans A & B don’t work, and for her loving nurturing of VPFA103 president, Kara Monetti Weipz.
