Brian Murtagh is a great friend and supporter of the VPAF103 families. He worked tirelessly in pursuit of justice as a U.S. Department of Justice attorney who assisted in the indictments of Abdelbaset al-Megrahi and Lemen Khalifa Fhimad. He was present at their trail at Kamp van Zeist in the Netherlands.
