2:03 pm, Friday afternoon, October 26th, the Rose Laying ceremony will begin at the Wall of Remembrance on the Syracuse University campus. This will be followed by a convocation and reception also on campus. At 6:30 pm, Friday evening, we will have a dinner at the Syracuse Sheraton Hotel for any family/friends attending (everyone is responsible for their own meal charges). The annual membership meeting of the Victims of Pan Am Flight 103 will be at 10 am Saturday, October 27 in the SU Bird Library.

ON THE EVE OF THE TRIAL

On the first day of spring, State Department Terrorism Chief, Michael Sheehan spoke to the families of the victims of Pan Am 103 via a conference call. We were informed, AFTER the news media were alerted, that the State Department is sending a four person consular delegation to Libya for the purpose of assessing safety procedures for travel to Libya by American ‘citizens’ (oil citizens?) and lifting restrictions on passport applications.
